It's hard to believe, but we are halfway through! On Monday, we had our big ultrasound out in San Mateo. Mike was able to take some time off of work, so he was able to be there. We were able to see a super clear picture of our kiddo! The technician did measurements and according to her, everything looked perfect! We were able to see the head and nose, the heart, kidneys...we even got to hear the heart and the blood flow in the umbilical cord!
The one thing we were not able to see, were the "goods". The sweet darlin had it's legs crossed and the cord running right through the crotch! I guess the important thing is that everything was fine and healthy. We had our regular OB appointment today and things were great as usually. We tried to see if we could put a gender to our child but the baby was positioned just so, that the hips and legs were to the back and not visible. We're excited either way, we just wish we knew....it would make the whole naming process easier.
