After 3 quick months on the market, Sara's little condo in Pleasanton SOLD! We couldn't be more happier. A wonderful lady will be moving in and will fit perfect in the neighborhood. Sara is feeling a little sad about selling that condo. A lot of good memories were had.....our first date, the proposal, lots of laughs and even some tears. The silver lining in all this is we will be able to save money and make new memories in our current home. (Mike's townhouse) Once we save a bit, we are hoping to move into a home. With the economy the way it is....time can only tell what will happen next.
